A more accurate and telling predictor of attack risk, is that the waist-to-hip ratio.
What is your waist-to-hip ratio?
Divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement. for instance , if your hips measurement is 40 inches and your waist is 34 inches your hip-to-waist ratio is 0.85. If you’re a person , that’s great, if you’re a lady , that’s OK (but you’re right the limit of healthy).
– A man’s ratio shouldn’t be over 0.90
– A woman’s ratio shouldn’t be over 0.85
