My name is Steve Hill and that i have had many problems with my weight throughout my life. i need to admit that i used to be basically fat up until a couple of years ago. i used to be not happy being over-weight and it certainly affected my confidence and self-worth . i ultimately decided that I had had enough and went about finding how of obtaining a weight that i might be happy and cozy with.

I was aware that the majority people would advise me to change my eating habits, i used to be the type of person why enjoyed eating fatty sorts of foods, especially all sorts of nutriment , especially pizzas and chips. they might also probably advise me to a join a gym, however I believed that i might not feel comfortable in gyms as they appear to be filled with of thin people.

I considered and skim about many weight loss programs but eventually decided that I needed my very own sort of diet.

I was not prepared to offer up all of my favourite foods and this was my plan:

For breakfast i might eat something which most of the people would class as healthy food, which might be cerial or toast. i might have a reasonably light lunch, like a sandwich, however for my evening meal i made a decision that I could eat whatever I wanted. the most thing and most difficult to implement would be the very fact that I could not eat between meals. The snacks had to go!. i'm not trying to mention that this was easy to try to to , however I had a requirement and decided to lose the load .

For exercise i made a decision to go away the car reception , wherever possible, and walk much more than I ever had done. I also started taking my children to the park a minimum of twice every week . At the park we might play games like football, cricket and baseball. it's amazing what proportion weight you'll lose by having fun.
