A mockumentary about lifestyles in a mid-sized suboffice paper traders in a bleak British business metropolis, where manager David Brent thinks he is the best, funniest, and maximum popular boss ever. He is not. That does not prevent him from embarrassing himself in the front of the cameras on a ordinary foundation, whether or not from his political sermonizing, his stand-up 'comedy', or his incredibly precise dancing. Meanwhile, long-struggling Tim longs after sunrise the engaged receptionist and maintains himself sane through gambling infantile sensible jokes on his unbearable, navy-obsessed deskmate Gareth. Will the Slough office be closed? Will the BBC supply David a sport show? Will Tim and dawn turn out to be with each other? And more importantly, will Gareth realize what a hopeless prat he is?
