A skilled American graduate of Oxford, using his precise capabilities, and audacity, creates a marijuana empire using the estates of impoverished British aristocrats. However, whilst he attempts to sell his empire to a fellow American billionaire, a sequence of events unfolds, related to blackmail, deception, mayhem and murder among avenue thugs, Russian oligarchs, Triad gangsters and gutter reporters.
